First mentioned in 1305. Started supplying flour to Migros in 1927 and, after modernisation in the 1950s, became the largest supplier of flour to the Migros bakery, with a throughput of 30 to 35 tonnes per day. Closed in 1985. Destroyed by fire in 2024.
